Location & Transportation: <\/b>sites well served by transport and infrastructure, reducing reliance on automobiles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sustainable Sites:<\/b> solutions that preserve biodiversity and minimize environmental impact.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Water Efficiency:<\/b> reducing and reusing water consumption indoors and outdoors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Energy & Atmosphere: <\/b>energy efficiency, use of efficient systems, renewable energy sources, and CO\u2082 emissions reduction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Materials & Resources:<\/b> use of recycled or local materials and waste reduction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
