The renovation begins with what is already there: the spaces, the elements that give the house its character, and the traces of its history. The new purpose adapts to this identity, allowing the past to remain part of the hotel experience.<\/p>\n
Spread across three floors, the hotel brings together seven suites and shared spaces designed for a more personal and intimate approach to hospitality. On the raised ground floor, the reception, lounge, dining room and kitchen invite guests to meet, talk and enjoy unhurried moments.<\/p>\n
Extending from the living areas, a terrace created above the rear extension brings the house closer to the garden and swimming pool.<\/p>\n
On the ground floor, four suites establish a more direct relationship with the outdoors. Two open onto the garden, bringing natural light, greenery and the changing seasons into the guests’ experience.<\/p>\n
On the uppermost floor, the geometry of the roof gives character to three more secluded suites. Two feature mezzanines, making use of the available height to create new perspectives within the space.<\/p>\n
Replacing the former outbuildings, a new multipurpose pavilion introduces additional possibilities for the hotel’s use. Positioned alongside the boundary wall and topped with a green roof, it blends discreetly into the outdoor setting.<\/p>\n
Along the street, the existing wall and entrance gate are preserved as part of the property’s memory and Aguda’s landscape.
