Il existe deux r\u00e9gimes :<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"50\"><b data-path-to-node=\"50\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Article 2.23 de la Liste I du CIVA \u2014 Contrats en ARU<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50\">S&rsquo;applique aux travaux dans une ARU disposant d&rsquo;une Op\u00e9ration de R\u00e9habilitation Urbaine (ORU) approuv\u00e9e. Un arr\u00eat de 2025 a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00eatre en ARU ne suffit pas : l&rsquo;ORU doit \u00eatre active.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"51\"><b data-path-to-node=\"51\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Article 2.27 de la Liste I du CIVA \u2014 Travaux en logements<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">S&rsquo;applique \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation de logements, m\u00eame hors ARU, si le bien est habit\u00e9 par le propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\"><b data-path-to-node=\"51\" data-index-in-node=\"157\">Condition des mat\u00e9riaux :<\/b> Si le co\u00fbt des mat\u00e9riaux ne d\u00e9passe pas 20% du total, les 6% s&rsquo;appliquent sur tout. S&rsquo;il d\u00e9passe 20%, la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre est \u00e0 6% et les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 23%.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">\n<h2>4.
