Localizado no centro histórico de Évora, o projeto de reabilitação do @cicioso_experience_alentejo encontra-se concluído. Originalmente concebido em 1913 pelo renomeado arquiteto português Raul Lino. Este edifício, que outrora serviu como residência unifamiliar, foi cuidadosamente transformado num hotel boutique com 14 quartos, mantendo a integridade da sua estrutura original e elementos arquitetónicos distintivos. O projeto, desenvolvido pelo atelier MJARC teve o compromisso de preservar a história e identidade do edifício, associado a um desejo responsável de o reescrever. …
Located in the historic centre of Évora, the Cicioso Boutique Hotel refurbishment project is now complete. Originally designed in 1913 by renowned Portuguese architect Raul Lino. This building, which once served as a single-family residence, has been carefully transformed into a boutique hotel with 14 rooms, maintaining the integrity of its original structure and distinctive architectural elements. The project, developed by the MJARC studio, was committed to preserving the building’s history and identity,combined with a responsible desire to rewrite it. Numa localização privilegiada, próximo do centro da cidade de Coimbra, surge este novo edifício de habitação multifamiliar, que se destaca pela sua arquitetura contemporânea e integração harmoniosa no contexto urbano. O edifício desenvolve-se em três pisos e é composto por nove frações habitacionais cuidadosamente distribuídas.
Cada fração beneficia de terraços ajardinados, proporcionando aos moradores espaços exteriores privados, ideais para momentos de lazer ao ar livre. Além disso, o empreendimento conta com uma ampla área verde comum, pensada como uma zona de descompressão e convivência.
O projeto adota uma abordagem holística integrando sistemas passivos de eficiência energética. . In a privileged location close to Coimbra’s city centre, this new multi-family building stands out for its contemporary architecture and harmonious integration into the urban context. The building has three floors and consists of nine carefully distributed residential units.In addition, the development has a large communal green area, designed as a decompression and socialising zone.
