Founded in Porto in (2006) by Maria João Andrade and Ricardo Cordeiro, MJARC has its headquarters in Porto and a branch in Lisbon. Our ambition – or indeed we believe it is our obligation – to use environmentally sustainable materials and construction methods and bring back nature (to the city), improving biodiversity and well-being.

– Winners of the World Architecture Community 2021 With the house in the Douro Valley. Finalists in the international Architizer 2022 awards – Wine Hotel in the Douro in the Unbuilt Hospitality category;
