Summer is here and with it the opportunity to recharge 🌞. In this regard, we would like to inform you that between August 16 and September 3, the offices of MJARC Arquitetos will be closed. This is a time for our team to rest, find new inspiration and come back revitalized to continue creating projects.

Riverside Condominium: Santa Comba Dão

Este projeto dá uma nova vida a um edifício inacabado há mais de 20 anos. O objetivo foi preservar a estrutura original (vigas, colunas e lajes) resultando numa economia de carbono associado. A fachada foi revestida a bamboo proveniente de florestas com práticas sustentáveis.
