We are delighted to announce that our Riverside project has been nominated for the LOOP Design Awards 2024, in the People’s Choice Award category. This award distinguishes the best architectural projects at a global level through a public vote, and we are now counting on your vote to achieve this recognition.

Riverside Project

Located on the slopes of the River Dão, the pre-existing building had only its structure and had not been completed. In this sense, the rehabilitation aimed to maintain more than 90% of the original structure, including beams, columns and slabs, and 75% of the original core, resulting in a built-in carbon saving, which is in line with the sustainable construction practices that guided the Riverside project.
