Multifamily Housing Architecture Project – Coimbra

In a privileged location close to Coimbra’s city centre, this new multi-family building stands out for its contemporary architecture and harmonious integration into the urban context. The building has three floors and consists of nine carefully distributed residential units.

The volume of the building opens onto the main façade to the south, while the existing gable to the north is duly filled in, guaranteeing a balanced architectural solution. A central interior courtyard ensures that all circulation areas are naturally lit and ventilated, promoting comfort and well-being.

Each fraction benefits from landscaped terraces, providing residents with private outdoor spaces, ideal for moments of leisure in the open air. In addition, the development has a large communal green area, designed as a decompression and socialising zone.

The project adopts a holistic approach, integrating passive energy efficiency systems.
