Green View Residence

A new residential development is taking shape in the landscape of Covilhã, designed by MJARC. With a privileged view over the city, the project was born with a clear mission: to unite the natural and urban aspects of Covilhã, creating a living space that respects and enhances its surroundings. Strategically located between the university campus and the city center, the development focuses on landscaped areas, seamless integration with the environment, and color tones that blend harmoniously with the natural textures of the site. More than just a group of buildings, this project is designed to offer quality of life, comfort, and a close connection to nature — right in the heart of the city.
