Chiado Hotel

The building. Included in Special Protection Zone, it is an architectural reference building in the urban as well as in the living context of Chiado.

The proposed amendment seeks to convert the housing building in hotel equipment Luxury.

This new hotel invites the traveler of today to let themselves be captivated by its charm and the landscape of the city and the Tagus estuary. This strong component history is enhanced by the view of the Tagus estuary, the starting point of Great and Glorious Discoveries.

The aim of this historic luxury hotel an imposing but inviting space, combining the grandeur of a palace with the warm atmosphere of a home.

Inside, the grand staircase, high ceilings, the rooms reception / living and breathtaking views, will give this hotel a unique atmosphere. Floors, wood paneling, noble materials, sculptures belonging to the building, fountain, carefully selected luminaire and a subtle range of paint colors will provide an engaging space, cozy, very comfortable, in the style of a large manor house with soul and history.
